My Thanh sells wholesale to businesses. The website has no shopping cart and takes no online payment, so we never collect your card or bank account details through this site.
When you send a quote request: your name, business or shop name, email, phone or Zalo number, the products and quantities you are interested in, and whatever you write in the request.
When an order is confirmed: delivery address, recipient name and phone number, and invoicing details including company name, tax code and registered address.
When you browse the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time of visit. We use this in aggregate and not to identify you personally.
Under Article 9 of Law 91/2025 we ask for consent separately for each purpose. You can agree to one and refuse another. We do not bundle purposes into a single checkbox, we do not use pre-ticked boxes, and we never treat silence as agreement.

On marketing messages: we send price lists and promotional information only if you have separately opted in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop by email or Zalo at any time. We action the request immediately on receipt.
You may withdraw consent for any purpose at any time by emailing info@locuonmythanh.com or messaging us on Zalo. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out, and does not apply to records we are legally required to retain for accounting and tax purposes.

After these periods data is deleted or made non-identifiable.
Under Article 4 of Law 91/2025 you have the right to:

Request deletion or restriction of processing

Complain, denounce and claim compensation
Send requests to info@locuonmythanh.com. We acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and complete the request within the statutory period. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the competent authority under the Ministry of Public Security.
The site uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to the admin system is restricted to named accounts and granted only to staff who need it. Data is backed up on a regular schedule.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. If an incident affects your personal data we will notify you and the competent authority as required.
The site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies to understand how customers use the pages. You can refuse analytics cookies through the cookie notice or your browser settings without affecting your ability to send a quote request.
This website serves business customers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we find we have done so, we delete it as soon as we are notified.
