These terms apply to your use of locuonmythanh.com and to wholesale transactions between you and Lô Cuốn Mỹ Thanh ("My Thanh", "we"). By sending a quote request or placing an order, you confirm you have read and accept them.
My Thanh manufactures in its own factory in Ho Chi Minh City and wholesales hair rollers, combs and clips, with low minimum order quantities. This website displays our catalogue and receives quote requests. It has no shopping cart and takes no online payment.
Our customers are distributors, wholesalers, shops and online sellers. When you place an order you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business named on it and that the details you give us are accurate.
Images and specifications on this site are for reference. Because production combines machinery with handwork, actual colour and dimensions may vary slightly from the images. If you need precise colour or sizing, please request a sample before ordering in volume.
Information on this site is not a binding offer. Firm pricing is set by the quotation we send you.
Quotations are valid for 【NUMBER OF DAYS, E.G. 15】 days from issue unless stated otherwise on the quotation itself.
Quotations are subject to stock availability at the time you confirm.
Prices are quoted in Vietnamese dong. Each quotation states whether VAT and delivery are included.
Each product line has its own minimum order quantity, stated in the quotation. We keep MOQs low so you can test a market before committing to volume. Volume discounts apply to partners ordering regularly.
An order takes effect only when we send written confirmation by email or Zalo setting out products, quantities, unit prices, total value, expected delivery date and payment terms. Your quote request is not itself an order.
Payment is by bank transfer to My Thanh's business account.

We issue an e-invoice for every transaction in accordance with current regulations on invoices and accounting documents. Please provide your full company name, tax code and registered address when confirming the order.
Goods remain the property of My Thanh until payment is received in full.
Standard production lead time is 7–15 working days from order confirmation and receipt of deposit, depending on product and volume.
For items held in stock: same-day dispatch within Ho Chi Minh City, 1–2 days to other provinces.
Delivery dates are estimates. We tell you promptly if anything changes a date we have committed to.
We deliver through third-party carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier hands them over at the address you gave us.
Delivery costs are stated in the quotation. We do not offer order-value-based free shipping on wholesale orders.
These are business-to-business transactions. The change-of-mind return right that applies to individual consumers does not apply here.
Please check quantity and condition on receipt, and record any visible damage with the carrier immediately.
Report quantity discrepancies or transit damage within 【NUMBER OF DAYS, E.G. 3】 working days of delivery, with photographs.
Report manufacturing defects found later within 【NUMBER OF DAYS, E.G. 30】 days of delivery, with photographs and the batch number.
Where we confirm a manufacturing fault, we replace the affected goods or credit them against your next order, as agreed with you.
Goods that have been used, removed from original packaging for retail sale, or damaged by improper storage are not covered.
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear from use, damage from incorrect use or storage, or products modified after leaving our factory.
For orders involving custom printing, packaging or design supplied by you: you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the trademarks, logos and artwork you send us. Custom-made goods are not returnable except for manufacturing defects. We keep your custom designs confidential and do not use them for other customers.
All content on this website, including product photography, text, design and the My Thanh name, belongs to us. Wholesale partners may use our product images to resell genuine My Thanh goods. Any other use requires our written permission.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, raw material disruption, strikes and decisions of state authorities. If one occurs we tell you as soon as we can and agree a revised schedule with you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will try to resolve any dispute by negotiation first. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute goes to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when we confirm that order.
